Delete your account
This permanently deletes your Alphabeta Mathsign-in, profile, sessions, website goals, bookmarks, lists and got-it marks. The mobile app's bookmarks, notes and study data stay on each device because they were never attached to the account.
How to request deletion
- Select Sign in to delete the account at the bottom of this page, then sign in with the Google account you use for Alphabeta Math.
- Type DELETE in the confirmation box that appears.
- Select Permanently delete account.
Deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone. You can do the same from inside the mobile app under Settings, then Delete account.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel a Google Play subscription in Google Play. Cancel a website subscription from the account page before deleting the account. Paid access continues until its provider reports the paid period has ended.
What remains
We retain the minimum paid-subscription records needed for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Those records are kept for five years to meet Australian accounting and tax requirements, then deleted. We also retain a one-way pseudonymous marker that the Google identity used its one free trial. That marker remains only while the one-trial programme needs enforcing, since it is what prevents a deleted account claiming a second free trial. It contains no email or raw Google identifier and cannot sign you in. Feedback and issue reports you deliberately emailed are not account data; use the contact page if you also want those messages removed where law permits.
