How statement and proof provenance work
The first chip identifies the source of the statement or construction; the second identifies the source of its local proof or verification.
- Literature-sourced: the exact statement appears in a cited source; only wording and notation differ.
- AI-adapted: a semantically identical restatement of literature-sourced material, modulo indexing, notation, and boundary cases adopted by the library.
- AI-generated: a genuinely novel statement formulated by AI, with no source for the claim itself.
These labels describe origin, not correctness: citations and verification chips remain separate evidence.
Abutment to a filtered object
Definition
An abutment to a filtered family consists of specified isomorphisms Use Associated graded object of a filtered object for the graded pieces, and Limiting cycles boundaries and e infinity or Spectral sequence stabilization at a bidegree for the stable terms. On this page every asserted convergence has a finite filtration in each total degree. In particular it is exhaustive and separated. The associated graded family is not identified with the unfiltered target. A morphism of abutments is a filtered map on the whose maps on these quotients agree with the stable-page maps under the specified identifications. For decreasing cohomological filtrations replace the quotient by .
