How statement and proof provenance work
The first chip identifies the source of the statement or construction; the second identifies the source of its local proof or verification.
- Literature-sourced: the exact statement appears in a cited source; only wording and notation differ.
- AI-adapted: a semantically identical restatement of literature-sourced material, modulo indexing, notation, and boundary cases adopted by the library.
- AI-generated: a genuinely novel statement formulated by AI, with no source for the claim itself.
These labels describe origin, not correctness: citations and verification chips remain separate evidence.
Constant gauge-coupling matrix from the quadratic prepotential
A finite-dimensional calculation of the gauge-coupling Hessian in the adopted quadratic ultraviolet N=2 model; it does not establish an exact low-energy effective action.
Example
For the adopted microscopic prepotential with and , the Hessian is the constant matrix . Its imaginary part is positive definite and independent of the scalar field . This is a property of the adopted quadratic ultraviolet model; it does not assert a non-polynomial low-energy prepotential.

Facts & Assumptions
Given: The quadratic ultraviolet prepotential and positive dimensionless coupling in the model.
Verification
Given: [A1] and coordinates on .
Bilinearity and the normalized basis give . Differentiating this polynomial first in and then in yields , with no dependence on .
Since , for every nonzero the Hermitian quadratic form of the imaginary part is . Thus the coupling matrix is positive definite, including at .
