How statement and proof provenance work

The first chip identifies the source of the statement or construction; the second identifies the source of its local proof or verification.

  • Literature-sourced: the exact statement appears in a cited source; only wording and notation differ.
  • AI-adapted: a semantically identical restatement of literature-sourced material, modulo indexing, notation, and boundary cases adopted by the library.
  • AI-generated: a genuinely novel statement formulated by AI, with no source for the claim itself.

These labels describe origin, not correctness: citations and verification chips remain separate evidence.

Confined relative Kepler shell and volume entropy preparation

Physical scope

Effective Newtonian relative two-body shell with r0>0 and R>16r0, energy A/R<e≤A/(16r0), explicit Gibbs-volume entropy convention, and optional stated uniform slow-motion restriction; no center-of-mass response or empirical thermalization claim.

Postulate

Adopt the relative Hamiltonian, shell r0≤∣q∣≤R, parameters μ,A,r0,R,h∗, phase-volume function Ω(E), and shell measure from Regulated relative Kepler phase volume and shell law. For E=−e in the branch AR<e≤A16r0,δ:=er0A∈(0,1/16], adopt the normalized energy-shell probability PE=ΣE/Ω′(E), whose total mass and support on h=E are established by Finite regulated Kepler shell measure is normalized. Adopt the Gibbs-volume entropy convention SG(E)=kBlog⁡Ω(E), define 1/TG=dSG/dE where this derivative is positive, and define CG=dE/dTG where the derivative exists. These are the selected finite-system preparation and temperature conventions; they are not asserted to be universal operational identifications.

For a physical Newtonian slow-motion regime, additionally require a stated dimensionless tolerance 0<δNR≪1 and 2Aμr0c2≤δNR. On the adopted negative-energy shell, ∣p∣/μ then has the corresponding uniform speed bound. This condition restricts the microcanonical branch only; it is not imposed by or transferred to the distinct canonical preparation. No center-of-mass degree of freedom, dynamical wall law, empirical thermalization, or self-consistent relativistic field is included.

The masses, G, r0, R, h∗, selected energy E, and any δNR tolerance are fixed inputs. The reduced mass μ, A=Gm1m2, relative Hamiltonian, phase-volume function, and entropy/temperature/response quantities are defined constructions of this model; none is asserted to be universal across gravitational frameworks.
