How statement and proof provenance work
The first chip identifies the source of the statement or construction; the second identifies the source of its local proof or verification.
- Literature-sourced: the exact statement appears in a cited source; only wording and notation differ.
- AI-adapted: a semantically identical restatement of literature-sourced material, modulo indexing, notation, and boundary cases adopted by the library.
- AI-generated: a genuinely novel statement formulated by AI, with no source for the claim itself.
These labels describe origin, not correctness: citations and verification chips remain separate evidence.
Measurable canonical identities for a dimensionless reference measure
Measurable energy models with a dimensionless reference measure, positive finite partition integral, and compact-parameter local integrable second-moment envelope; no claim is made for an arbitrary phase-space measure or unbounded energy without these hypotheses.
Statement

Facts & Assumptions
Given: A dimensionless measure space, a measurable energy, positive finite partition integrals, the canonical density, and the stated local integrable envelope.
Measure space and integral: use the real measurable energy coordinate , whose exponential weights are nonnegative; nonnegative integrals use the simple-function supremum, and signed integrals require absolute integrability. No completeness of the measure space is assumed.
Canonical sampling assumption for finite and normalized statistical models: with , the density is the adopted canonical preparation relative to .
Measurable canonical normalization and identities (current batch 11 draft): for real measurable energy and real parameter , positive finite and the compact-interval integrable envelope give , finite moments, , , and absolutely integrable reference-relative entropy . The current proof is supplied in that draft; its status is not publication acceptance.
SI quantities and unit conventions: and are in joules, is in kelvins, and is in , so is in .
The reference measure is dimensionless, is positive finite on the open parameter set, and has the local integrable envelope stated in the Statement.
Proof
Given: The dimensionless reference measure, the measurable energy, the normalized canonical density, and the local envelope.
Apply [L1] with numerical energy and . Any compact interval corresponds to , so its domination hypothesis is exactly the stated dimensionless envelope. The equality identifies and the normalized density with [F2]. The supplier gives finite first and second moments of ; hence and are finite. All weighted functions and difference quotients are measurable functions of , so the argument requires no completeness of .
Since , substitution of in derivative difference quotients multiplies first derivatives by and second derivatives by . Thus [L1] yields and the stated log-derivative mean and variance identities in joules and joules squared. The density is unchanged, so its absolutely integrable relative entropy is . Multiplying by gives in ; using gives . This is conditional on the declared sampling model and the stated hypotheses of the current draft mathematical supplier.
