How statement and proof provenance work

The first chip identifies the source of the statement or construction; the second identifies the source of its local proof or verification.

  • Literature-sourced: the exact statement appears in a cited source; only wording and notation differ.
  • AI-adapted: a semantically identical restatement of literature-sourced material, modulo indexing, notation, and boundary cases adopted by the library.
  • AI-generated: a genuinely novel statement formulated by AI, with no source for the claim itself.

These labels describe origin, not correctness: citations and verification chips remain separate evidence.

Highest-weight vectors and modules for a Lie superalgebra

Definition

Fix a triangular decomposition datum (n−,h,n+) as in Triangular decomposition of a Lie superalgebra and a left g-supermodule V. Here h∗=L(h,C) is the algebraic dual from Linear functionals and the algebraic dual V∗=L(V,F). A highest-weight vector of weight λ∈h∗ is a nonzero homogeneous v∈V such that h⋅v=λ(h)v(h∈h),n⋅v=0(n∈n+). The highest-weight module generated by v is the smallest graded g-invariant subspace containing v, equivalently the span of v and all vectors x1⋯xr⋅v with r≥1 and homogeneous xi∈g. If this span is all of V, then V is a highest-weight module of weight λ.

This definition makes no finite-dimensionality, integrability, semisimplicity, root-system, or classification assertion. In particular, the ordinary highest-weight classification for finite-dimensional complex semisimple Lie algebras does not apply to a general Lie superalgebra.

7 results within two dependency steps of this one, each drawn at its shortest distance from it. An arrow runs from a result to what uses it, so the chart reads left to right and ends at this result, which carries a heavier outline. Every node is a link to that result.
