How statement and proof provenance work
The first chip identifies the source of the statement or construction; the second identifies the source of its local proof or verification.
- Literature-sourced: the exact statement appears in a cited source; only wording and notation differ.
- AI-adapted: a semantically identical restatement of literature-sourced material, modulo indexing, notation, and boundary cases adopted by the library.
- AI-generated: a genuinely novel statement formulated by AI, with no source for the claim itself.
These labels describe origin, not correctness: citations and verification chips remain separate evidence.
Local-Stochastic Correlated Quantum Noise
Definition
Use the finite channel-location schedule from Finite ordered channel-location schedules and its location set . Let be a finite probability space and a random fault set. Its law is -local-stochastic as in Local-Stochastic Fault-Set Law. For each pattern and each , specify a CPTP replacement map supported on the same declared support as the ideal channel at . The replacement at one location may depend on the full pattern . For each outcome, the conditional noisy denotation is the chronological schedule obtained by using those replacements at faulty locations and the ideal channels elsewhere. It is a composition of per-location channels; the model does not add a joint operation across distinct locations.
This is a separate noise model from the independent local replacement model. Its probability hypothesis is the bound on every specified subset of fault locations; it does not assert independence. Correlation is allowed in the fault-set law and in the pattern-dependent choice of local fault maps, while each map remains attached to its own location.

25 results within two dependency steps of this one, each drawn at its shortest distance from it. An arrow runs from a result to what uses it, so the chart reads left to right and ends at this result, which carries a heavier outline. Every node is a link to that result.
