How statement and proof provenance work
The first chip identifies the source of the statement or construction; the second identifies the source of its local proof or verification.
- Literature-sourced: the exact statement appears in a cited source; only wording and notation differ.
- AI-adapted: a semantically identical restatement of literature-sourced material, modulo indexing, notation, and boundary cases adopted by the library.
- AI-generated: a genuinely novel statement formulated by AI, with no source for the claim itself.
These labels describe origin, not correctness: citations and verification chips remain separate evidence.

Facts & Assumptions
Given: The Euclidean manifold with Cartesian coordinate , seed metric , positive conformal factor , and constant seed vector . Set and use .
Exact conformal electrovacuum constraint transformation: the divergence-preserving geometric field is , and .
Counterexample
The seed vector has Euclidean divergence , so it satisfies the source-free seed Gauss condition. The function is smooth and positive on all of .
If instead one assigns the unscaled vector , then and the coordinate divergence formula gives . Thus the claimed universal preservation fails: this smooth field violates everywhere.
The correct conformal field is , for which step 1.1's seed identity gives . Hence the counterexample isolates the missing vector weight and uses no singular source at a removed point.
