How statement and proof provenance work
The first chip identifies the source of the statement or construction; the second identifies the source of its local proof or verification.
- Literature-sourced: the exact statement appears in a cited source; only wording and notation differ.
- AI-adapted: a semantically identical restatement of literature-sourced material, modulo indexing, notation, and boundary cases adopted by the library.
- AI-generated: a genuinely novel statement formulated by AI, with no source for the claim itself.
These labels describe origin, not correctness: citations and verification chips remain separate evidence.
Conformal electrovacuum seed data
Definition
Let be a nonempty oriented smooth three-manifold without boundary. Let be a smooth Riemannian metric on , let , let be smooth contravariant vector fields, let be a smooth symmetric covariant two-tensor with , let , and let be constant. Let and be the parameters of the inherited SI-to-geometric dictionary, and set . Define
The fields and are geometric-normalized spatial vectors: in length coordinates their components have units . Their SI-convention counterparts are and . In length coordinates, metric components and are dimensionless, and the covariant components of and have units , and has units . The tuple with these induced fields is called conformal electrovacuum seed data. This definition imposes no divergence, Hamiltonian, or momentum equation and asserts no existence, uniqueness, or spacetime development.
