How statement and proof provenance work
The first chip identifies the source of the statement or construction; the second identifies the source of its local proof or verification.
- Literature-sourced: the exact statement appears in a cited source; only wording and notation differ.
- AI-adapted: a semantically identical restatement of literature-sourced material, modulo indexing, notation, and boundary cases adopted by the library.
- AI-generated: a genuinely novel statement formulated by AI, with no source for the claim itself.
These labels describe origin, not correctness: citations and verification chips remain separate evidence.
Global supersymmetry vacuum state and invariance
Terminology for a normalized rest-frame ground-state vector in an adopted positive unitary representation of the four-dimensional extended super-Poincare algebra. It asserts neither existence of such a vector nor realization as a vacuum of a quantum field theory.
Definition
Let a positive unitary representation of the four-dimensional extended super-Poincare algebra act on a complex Hilbert space , with common invariant product domain , translation generators , supercharges , and actual Hilbert adjoints , using metric , , and natural units . A rest-frame ground-state vector is a vector such that , there is a real number with and for , and
Such a vector is called a global supersymmetry vacuum state in the representation. Its vacuum energy is the eigenvalue , with units of mass in natural units; it is not an energy density. The vector is boundary-neutral when and for every central generator, supersymmetry-invariant when for every , and supersymmetry-noninvariant when at least one of these vectors is nonzero. These are separate predicates: boundary neutrality does not define supersymmetry invariance. The definition does not assert that any such vector exists or that a constant field configuration is allowed by a separate field-model boundary condition.
