How statement and proof provenance work
The first chip identifies the source of the statement or construction; the second identifies the source of its local proof or verification.
- Literature-sourced: the exact statement appears in a cited source; only wording and notation differ.
- AI-adapted: a semantically identical restatement of literature-sourced material, modulo indexing, notation, and boundary cases adopted by the library.
- AI-generated: a genuinely novel statement formulated by AI, with no source for the claim itself.
These labels describe origin, not correctness: citations and verification chips remain separate evidence.

Facts & Assumptions
Given: , , the spaces and ordered monodromies defined above, and the parameterized Yang–Baxter identity on three copies of .
Ordered auxiliary-space monodromy: each acts only on the auxiliary factor and site , and .
The rational spin-1/2 spectral R-matrix satisfies Yang-Baxter: with , equals on .
Proof
In [F2] take , , and label the three factors , , . For each site this gives This identity acts on and as the identity on every other site.
Write , and . For set and . The case of the desired identity is step 1.1. Suppose it holds for . Operators commute with , and commutes with , because their auxiliary and physical tensor factors are disjoint. Therefore where the second equality is step 1.1 at site , the third is the induction hypothesis, and the final equality uses the other disjoint-site commutation. The argument holds for each up to , proving the claimed RTT identity.
Taking in step 2.1 gives the stated monodromy relation with and . No invertibility assumption on is used, so the identity also holds at its singular spectral differences.
