How statement and proof provenance work
The first chip identifies the source of the statement or construction; the second identifies the source of its local proof or verification.
- Literature-sourced: the exact statement appears in a cited source; only wording and notation differ.
- AI-adapted: a semantically identical restatement of literature-sourced material, modulo indexing, notation, and boundary cases adopted by the library.
- AI-generated: a genuinely novel statement formulated by AI, with no source for the claim itself.
These labels describe origin, not correctness: citations and verification chips remain separate evidence.
Quantum convex membership and weak-separation model
Definition
Let and let for ; denotes the inward erosion consisting of points whose radius- ball is contained in . A convex body is a closed convex set with nonempty interior. Assume rationally encoded and . The deterministic weak-membership oracle is queried at a finite-precision point and must correctly assert either or . In the overlap it may return either valid assertion. The coherent interface is a supplied reversible Boolean unitary with a fixed deterministic completion on every encoded input, together with its inverse and any controlled forms used.
A weak separation oracle , queried at , with probability at least , either asserts or asserts and returns a unit vector satisfying for every . The membership-to-separation algorithm is promised only on the query domain in its theorem; no unique answer is required in the boundary bands. A finite unit-normal encoding may be a nonzero rational vector v with the normalization g=v/||v|| interpreted exactly; rational bisection supplies an upper norm bound N between ||v|| and2||v|| when a classical reduction requires rational halfspaces. Radius, point, unit-normal and offset encodings and all query/inverse/gate/bit costs are part of the contract.
This specifies oracle behavior; a membership-to-separation theorem and any separation-to-optimization composition are separate claims with their own hypotheses.

Dependency tree · two levels
18 results within two dependency steps of this one, each drawn at its shortest distance from it. An arrow runs from a result to what uses it, so the chart reads left to right and ends at this result, which carries a heavier outline. Every node is a link to that result.
