How statement and proof provenance work
The first chip identifies the source of the statement or construction; the second identifies the source of its local proof or verification.
- Literature-sourced: the exact statement appears in a cited source; only wording and notation differ.
- AI-adapted: a semantically identical restatement of literature-sourced material, modulo indexing, notation, and boundary cases adopted by the library.
- AI-generated: a genuinely novel statement formulated by AI, with no source for the claim itself.
These labels describe origin, not correctness: citations and verification chips remain separate evidence.
One-sided sub-exponential uniform boundary
Definition
Assume the Axiom of Choice and fix a scale . For , define On a discrete filtered probability space , a pair of real processes is a one-sided sub-exponential pair at scale when , , and both processes are -measurable at each time, and for every there is a real process that is nonnegative, integrable, and -measurable at each time, satisfies and almost surely for each , and obeys
For , a Borel-measurable function is a one-sided sub-exponential uniform boundary with crossing probability and scale if, for every discrete filtered probability space and every one-sided sub-exponential pair at scale ,

Filtration and filtered probability space: the filtration consists of sigma-algebras on one probability space, with time starting at zero.
Adapted and integrable stochastic process: a real process is adapted when each value is measurable with respect to the corresponding ; integrability is imposed at every fixed time.
Nonnegative test supermartingales: the auxiliary process is nonnegative, adapted, integrable, satisfies the conditional supermartingale inequalities, and has initial expectation at most one.
The Axiom of Choice: AC is explicitly assumed for the conditional-expectation convention used by the supplied supermartingale definitions.

10 results within two dependency steps of this one, each drawn at its shortest distance from it. An arrow runs from a result to what uses it, so the chart reads left to right and ends at this result, which carries a heavier outline. Every node is a link to that result.
