How statement and proof provenance work
The first chip identifies the source of the statement or construction; the second identifies the source of its local proof or verification.
- Literature-sourced: the exact statement appears in a cited source; only wording and notation differ.
- AI-adapted: a semantically identical restatement of literature-sourced material, modulo indexing, notation, and boundary cases adopted by the library.
- AI-generated: a genuinely novel statement formulated by AI, with no source for the claim itself.
These labels describe origin, not correctness: citations and verification chips remain separate evidence.
The level-one rank-two cyclotomic KLR algebra at e=3
Example
Let be algebraically closed of characteristic , let be a primitive cube root of unity (so ), let (level one) and . Then:
(i) for the cyclotomic relation is ; thus for the three sequences with , and for all six sequences with , because their exponent is zero and ;
(ii) equals if , equals if and equals if ; for these are all cases;
(iii) the nonzero blocks of are exactly and ; both are one dimensional, with in the first (the block of the trivial module of ) and in the second (the block of the sign module); the other four -blocks of height are zero (Residue-sequence idempotents and cyclotomic Hecke blocks, The type-A cyclotomic specialization of the QG-KLR algebras).
Verification
Given: algebraically closed of characteristic , a primitive cube
root , , , and the KLR presentation of
The cyclotomic relation on . Enumerate . The cyclotomic exponent of the sequence is the pairing , so the defining cyclotomic relation reads . For the three sequences with this is ; for the six sequences with the exponent is zero and the relation is , so those idempotents vanish rather than merely a degree-one dot relation.
The quadratic relation. The KLR quadratic relation distinguishes the colour cases: , , . For and every ordered pair of distinct colours is adjacent in the -cycle, so these are all cases, and substituting gives , , and respectively.
The two nonzero blocks. By Cyclotomic Hecke algebras of level one are finite Hecke algebras the level-one algebra is the finite Hecke algebra with standard basis , so it is two-dimensional, and gives , the two factors being distinct because and for a primitive cube root in characteristic . Hence there are exactly two nonzero one-dimensional blocks. Their labels come from the polynomial generator: on the trivial module and , giving residue sequence ; on the sign module and , giving ; equivalently these are the -contents of the standard tableaux of and (The Hecke Jucys-Murphy action is dominance triangular). Every nonzero block contains at least one of these surviving idempotents, so the remaining four blocks of height are zero.

26 results within two dependency steps of this one, each drawn at its shortest distance from it. An arrow runs from a result to what uses it, so the chart reads left to right and ends at this result, which carries a heavier outline. Every node is a link to that result.
