How statement and proof provenance work
The first chip identifies the source of the statement or construction; the second identifies the source of its local proof or verification.
- Literature-sourced: the exact statement appears in a cited source; only wording and notation differ.
- AI-adapted: a semantically identical restatement of literature-sourced material, modulo indexing, notation, and boundary cases adopted by the library.
- AI-generated: a genuinely novel statement formulated by AI, with no source for the claim itself.
These labels describe origin, not correctness: citations and verification chips remain separate evidence.
Indistinguishable-particle positional measure
Classical models of identical point particles of one species represented only by their positions in a fixed finite spatial region; it does not assert quantum statistics or include momentum states.

Let be a bounded Lebesgue-measurable region in the dimensionless coordinates of Stable regularly tempered classical positional preparation. Use the completed product-Lebesgue sigma-algebra on . For , let where the permutation group acts by relabelling coordinates. Give the quotient sigma-algebra: is measurable exactly when its preimage under the quotient map is measurable in the trace of the completed product-Lebesgue sigma-algebra. Identify each orbit with its unordered simple configuration. For , set . If is product Lebesgue measure restricted to , define the sector reference measure by Equivalently, for every nonnegative measurable function on , Collision diagonals have product Lebesgue measure zero, so ; in particular, symmetric integrands may use the equivalent integral over all of . Thus is a finite measure, not generally a probability. Two labelled tuples represent the same state exactly when they are in one orbit. The factor is an adopted indistinguishable-particle positional convention, not a theorem about classical trajectories or every classical description.
Let with the disjoint-union sigma-algebra, and regard each as a measure on this union supported on its -point sector. Define the unit-intensity finite-region Poisson reference by Its total mass is one because and . This is a positional reference measure in the chosen dimensionless coordinates; it supplies no empirical claim about particle trajectories.
