How statement and proof provenance work
The first chip identifies the source of the statement or construction; the second identifies the source of its local proof or verification.
- Literature-sourced: the exact statement appears in a cited source; only wording and notation differ.
- AI-adapted: a semantically identical restatement of literature-sourced material, modulo indexing, notation, and boundary cases adopted by the library.
- AI-generated: a genuinely novel statement formulated by AI, with no source for the claim itself.
These labels describe origin, not correctness: citations and verification chips remain separate evidence.
Conditional charged-scalar flux amplification
A conditional linear fixed-background statement for an admitted real-frequency massless charged-scalar scattering mode on the specified subextremal electric Reissner–Nordström exterior. It concerns only the declared asymptotic time-translation energy-flux normalization and makes no claim of mode existence, astrophysical efficiency, measured amplification, quantum pair-production, coupled evolution, or nonlinear instability.
Statement
Within the adopted fixed-background charged-scalar model, consider any admitted real-frequency scattering mode on a subextremal electric Reissner–Nordström exterior with incident amplitude , reflection coefficient , and transmission coefficient . Let be the gauge-normalized potential difference and let be the positive incoming and reflected time-translation energy-flux magnitudes defined by the adopted stress tensor. If
then
Thus the reflected asymptotic mode flux magnitude exceeds the incident magnitude in this frequency band, conditional on an admitted scattering solution with nonzero transmission. The statement asserts neither existence nor uniqueness of such a solution.

Facts & Assumptions
Given: The adopted fixed-background scalar model, the exact subextremal electric RN scattering conventions, and an admitted mode with the stated coefficients and frequency conditions.
Fixed-background charged scalar regime: the scalar is a classical massless minimally coupled field on prescribed RN-form background data, with its stress omitted from the background equations; its adopted energy tensor is the symmetric tensor of the local mathematical definition.
Massless charged-scalar radial scattering data: , , , and the normalized scattering mode has unit incoming radial amplitude with only the ingoing branch at the future horizon. The definition asserts no scattering-solution existence.
Exact charged scattering Wronskian flux identity: for each admitted mode, .
Asymptotic time-translation flux of a charged scalar mode: for these asymptotics, and .
The mode is admitted, , , and . These are conditional inputs, not an existence or empirical claim.
Proof
By [F2] and from [F1], The band condition in [A2] makes both and strictly positive, so .
By [F3], and . Multiplying by the positive incident flux gives . This is a deduction in the stated fixed-background model.
