How statement and proof provenance work
The first chip identifies the source of the statement or construction; the second identifies the source of its local proof or verification.
- Literature-sourced: the exact statement appears in a cited source; only wording and notation differ.
- AI-adapted: a semantically identical restatement of literature-sourced material, modulo indexing, notation, and boundary cases adopted by the library.
- AI-generated: a genuinely novel statement formulated by AI, with no source for the claim itself.
These labels describe origin, not correctness: citations and verification chips remain separate evidence.
Controlled T using a clean ancilla
Definition
Input two data bits and a third clean work bit . On the ordered register , apply the following chronological word:
- .
- .
- .
- .
- .
- Apply the same 15-gate word from steps 1–4 again.
The 15-gate word in steps 1–4 is the specified three-wire block. The output is the complete three-wire circuit, with no implicit fourth wire.
Remarks
The source's controlled- construction computes into the clean bit, applies there, and uncomputes. The target operation is the control-first block in Controlled Unitary Access. Its exact correctness and restoration claim is the separate proposition above.
Unresolved supplier checks
The actual QC09 syntax/denotational-semantics and QC10 Toffoli/ancilla carriers were inspected. Their ordered-wire and clean-return interfaces agree with this circuit. This is interface reconciliation, not acceptance of the supplier drafts.

Dependency tree · two levels
22 results within two dependency steps of this one, each drawn at its shortest distance from it. An arrow runs from a result to what uses it, so the chart reads left to right and ends at this result, which carries a heavier outline. Every node is a link to that result.
