How statement and proof provenance work
The first chip identifies the source of the statement or construction; the second identifies the source of its local proof or verification.
- Literature-sourced: the exact statement appears in a cited source; only wording and notation differ.
- AI-adapted: a semantically identical restatement of literature-sourced material, modulo indexing, notation, and boundary cases adopted by the library.
- AI-generated: a genuinely novel statement formulated by AI, with no source for the claim itself.
These labels describe origin, not correctness: citations and verification chips remain separate evidence.
Right comodules, comodule maps, and subcomodules
Definition
Use the convention of Scalars, tensor powers, the empty tensor, opposite algebras and finite sums: is a field and every tensor product is over , with parentheses in iterated tensors suppressed only through Associator naturality, pentagon, unit triangle and symmetry hexagons on elementary tensors.
Let be a coalgebra over with comultiplication and counit as in Coalgebra and coalgebra map over a field. A right -comodule is a -vector space with a -linear map, called its coaction, such that In the second equality the target is identified with by the unit isomorphism in the tensor conventions. The direction is part of the convention: a right comodule has its coalgebra factor on the right.
If and are right -comodules, a right-comodule map is a linear map satisfying
A subcomodule of means an injective right-comodule map , considered up to isomorphism over . We identify with its image as a subspace only when the induced coaction on that image has been constructed. This definition does not silently assume that tensoring an arbitrary vector-space inclusion preserves injectivity.
Remarks
The draft supplier Coalgebra and coalgebra map over a field is present in batch 1. It specifies the coalgebra equations using the same associator and unit maps fixed above.

15 results within two dependency steps of this one, each drawn at its shortest distance from it. An arrow runs from a result to what uses it, so the chart reads left to right and ends at this result, which carries a heavier outline. Every node is a link to that result.
