How statement and proof provenance work
The first chip identifies the source of the statement or construction; the second identifies the source of its local proof or verification.
- Literature-sourced: the exact statement appears in a cited source; only wording and notation differ.
- AI-adapted: a semantically identical restatement of literature-sourced material, modulo indexing, notation, and boundary cases adopted by the library.
- AI-generated: a genuinely novel statement formulated by AI, with no source for the claim itself.
These labels describe origin, not correctness: citations and verification chips remain separate evidence.
Separable algebra objects and bimodules in a fusion category
Definition
In a monoidal category , an algebra object is an object with multiplication and unit satisfying associativity and unit equations with the associator and unitors of . It is separable if there is an -bimodule morphism with . The composite is its separability element. It satisfies and the centrality equation with associators inserted. In element notation these are and .
A left -module is an object with an associative unital action ; a right -module has an associative unital action . Write and for their categories and module morphisms. The category of left -modules is a right -module category by , with left -action obtained by associating to and applying , and the inherited associator and unitor. An - bimodule is an object with commuting left and right actions and , each associative and unital. A bimodule morphism preserves both actions.
The regular - bimodule is the object with both actions given by .
Given an - bimodule and a - bimodule , a morphism is balanced over if A relative tensor product , when it exists, is an object with a balanced map universal among balanced maps. Existence is not part of this definition.

4 results within two dependency steps of this one, each drawn at its shortest distance from it. An arrow runs from a result to what uses it, so the chart reads left to right and ends at this result, which carries a heavier outline. Every node is a link to that result.
