How statement and proof provenance work
The first chip identifies the source of the statement or construction; the second identifies the source of its local proof or verification.
- Literature-sourced: the exact statement appears in a cited source; only wording and notation differ.
- AI-adapted: a semantically identical restatement of literature-sourced material, modulo indexing, notation, and boundary cases adopted by the library.
- AI-generated: a genuinely novel statement formulated by AI, with no source for the claim itself.
These labels describe origin, not correctness: citations and verification chips remain separate evidence.
The standard-module KZ connection has the reflection residue
Statement
Let be a finite-dimensional -module and let be its standard module under the PBW identification. The localized differential-operator connection on this module is where is the given linear action on . At a generic point of a reflecting hyperplane , its logarithmic residue is Thus on the -character with eigenvalue , the residue acts by of The KZ monodromy functor and the reflection Hecke algebra.
Facts & Assumptions
Given: The presentation of , the standard module , and the Dunkl localization.
Reflection data and parameters for a rational Cherednik algebra: and the parameters are conjugacy invariant.
The rational Cherednik algebra H_{t,c}(W,h): ; the polynomial generators commute and acts on the polynomial algebra by the contragredient action.
Standard modules for rational Cherednik category O: , every kills , and PBW identifies it with .
Dunkl localization gives flat connections on the regular locus: in the localization, maps to , so the differential-operator generator is .
The KZ monodromy functor and the reflection Hecke algebra: has order , acts by on the conormal line, and .
Proof
Given: [F1]–[F5].
For , the relation with a generator gives . The same formula for products follows from and . Induction on polynomial degree gives . Each quotient is polynomial because vanishes on the reflecting hyperplane of .
Since in the induced module, step 1.1 gives . The final acts on the factor because the group element in the commutator acts on the inducing vector.
Add the correction term in [F4]. On , . Combining this with step 2.1 cancels the terms containing and yields . This is the connection in the stated trivialization.
At a point of outside the other reflecting hyperplanes, every with fixed hyperplane different from is nonzero, so its connection term is holomorphic there and has zero logarithmic residue. The reflections with fixed hyperplane are exactly , ; for each, is a nonzero scalar multiple of , so . The coefficient of this logarithmic form is therefore .
Since is cyclic over , its representation on is a direct sum of eigenspaces. On the eigenspace where acts by , each acts by , so acts by .

11 results within two dependency steps of this one, each drawn at its shortest distance from it. An arrow runs from a result to what uses it, so the chart reads left to right and ends at this result, which carries a heavier outline. Every node is a link to that result.
