How statement and proof provenance work
The first chip identifies the source of the statement or construction; the second identifies the source of its local proof or verification.
- Literature-sourced: the exact statement appears in a cited source; only wording and notation differ.
- AI-adapted: a semantically identical restatement of literature-sourced material, modulo indexing, notation, and boundary cases adopted by the library.
- AI-generated: a genuinely novel statement formulated by AI, with no source for the claim itself.
These labels describe origin, not correctness: citations and verification chips remain separate evidence.
Stokes velocity and pressure spaces and weak forms
Definition
Assume Countable Choice. Let and let be a nonempty bounded connected Lipschitz open set, where Lipschitz means that has a finite rigidly moved graph-chart atlas. Here is the -closure of (Zero-boundary Sobolev space as a norm closure, Integer-order Sobolev spaces and their norms). Since has finite measure, Holder makes every class integrable, so the zero-mean condition is well-defined (Holder's inequality for integrals, including the endpoint cases). Define Equip with and with . The local Poincare inequality A bounded-domain Poincare inequality for H1-zero fields makes the first a norm equivalent to the usual norm. For , define and . For viscosity , set , where . The continuous domain class is all bounded connected Lipschitz ; the exact mini-element mesh class is the narrower polygonal/polyhedral conforming affine simplicial class.

31 results within two dependency steps of this one, each drawn at its shortest distance from it. An arrow runs from a result to what uses it, so the chart reads left to right and ends at this result, which carries a heavier outline. Every node is a link to that result.
